The U.S. Army has created an introductory guide to the blogging platform Tumblr.
Federal government agencies that use Tumblr include the Departments of Defense and State, General Service Administration, Peace Corps, National Archives and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
Tumblr is now included in GSA’s terms of service agreements.
