The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is looking for energetic, innovative, solution-oriented professionals to help the ATF team succeed in our responsibilities to reduce violent crime and protect the public.

This position is located in the Office of Science and Technology,  Washington, DC.

Performs professional entry level assignments specifically designed to prepare the successful candidate for higher level professional work.  Will participate as a team member, working under the direction of senior Information Technology Specialists. As competencies in entry level assignments increase, will be assigned progressively more complex work with an appropriate level of supervision.

Note:  The full promotion potential of this position is Pay Band 2 which is equivalent to the GS-11/12 level.
