Evan Fallor covers government technology for FedScoop, with a likely focus on health information technology and federal spending.
He was previously a tax and government reporter for The Bond Buyer, where he covered President Trump’s tax and infrastructure plans, the Internal Revenue Service and state and local finance.
Prior to moving to the nation’s capital, he served as a business and county government reporter for the Westchester County Business Journal in New York and as a community reporter for the Republican-American and News-Times newspapers in Connecticut. He got his start in journalism as a wide-eyed 15-year-old covering high school sports for the Rivertowns Enterprise in his hometown of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.
He holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism.
Outside of the newsroom, you can find Evan training for his next 5K or half marathon, or working on his three-point shot on the blacktop.
