The CIO, who reports to the Chief Administrative Officer, is responsible for managing all of the agency’s IT functions, programs, and initiatives—including strategic, capital, and operational plans and related budgets; enterprise architecture; servers, computers, and all other hardware; virtual technology; software; data; IT security; and help desk operations. Advising and interacting with CBO leadership, the CIO is tasked with delivering cost-effective and secure IT services. As a small agency, CBO requires a unique ability to be equally strategic and hands-on.
