In the second part of our mobile interview series with Gwynne Kostin, Director Mobile, GSA’s Office of Citizen Services & Innovative Technologies, Kostin discusses designing the user experience.

“I think the ideal user experience would be one that is invisible to the user so that information is integrated to answer the question where they are, at the time they are,” she said.

Kostin defines three use-cases for mobile:

  1. Task-oriented
  2. Local
  3. Boredom
