Steve Wallo

As Brocade’s Federal Chief Solutions Architect Stephen is responsible for the personnel resources and evangelism of Brocade’s Ethernet, SDN and SAN portfolio for the Federal Government and how these products fit into current data center technology trends and directions. Stephen is also responsible for leading the Solutions Architect Team in demonstrating and designing solutions for strategic data center opportunities across Brocade’s Federal business.

Stephen has more than 25 years experience in data center networks, storage systems and server technologies. Before becoming a solutions architect, he was one of Brocade’s Principle Systems Engineers working with the top federal accounts in the design and development of data center architectures for all aspects of the federal government worldwide.

Prior to joining Brocade, Stephen was the Chief Architect for the U.S Navy’s Air Combat Environmental Test and Evaluation Facility (ACETEF) as well as the manager of Navair’s High Performance Computing Center - East. In both positions he was in charge of the design, integration and operations of the data center resource as they related to the center’s core mission in support the US Navy.

Stephen has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
