MorningScoop: Let It Snow and Lots of Video

Some things never change: Snow days – even partial ones – are awesome whether you are eight or 38. For anyone who hasn’t seen, the federal government will be getting a late start today as agencies will officially open at 11 a.m. with federal employees advised to stay off the road until 9 a.m. Employees that commute will be granted excused absence for delayed arrival. It’s also a good day for some unscheduled telework, one of our favorite pastimes. Here’s the full info from OPM.
