Even recently, changing requirements for the Paycheck Protection Program have forced the agency's IT shop to adapt its systems. “We’ve been obviously faced with a tremendous scaling challenge…in terms of the volume of transactions we are processing,” said Sanjay Gupta, chief technology officer at SBA, during an ATARC event Thursday. “But also more importantly the velocity at which we are processing this higher volume.” Dave Nyczepir has the story.
