The Senior Procurement Analyst serves as the Director of the Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and Policy in Facilities, Security and Contracting (FSC). The incumbent is responsible for developing, interpreting, executing and promulgating policies and programs designed to assist small and disadvantaged business, and women-owned business to obtain contracts, and subcontracts with the Office of Personnel Management. The Incumbent will also examine all procurement actions requested by OPM’s program offices to determine the appropriateness of a small business set-aside, and acts as the agency recognized authority for the Small Business Program in accordance with Sections 8,15, and 31 of the Small Business Act and Part 19 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
