Chief Information Officer, Securities and Exchange Commission
Pamela Dyson has been CIO of the Securities and Exchange Commission since February 2015 (or October 2014, in an acting capacity) so she’s a veteran federal IT leader as well as a repeat member of the Top Women in Tech list.
“My journey has been both challenging and exciting, and it is my hope that women and minorities can look at my accomplishments and others like me as a source of inspiration,” she told FedScoop in 2017. “Technology touches the lives of everyone in the world every day. Information technology is both transformational and empowering. To build a career in technology is not only rewarding, but it is fulfilling a critical service to the country and conceivably people around the world.”
