The Scoop with NBC4’s Angie Goff

Angie Goff

Emmy award winning journalist Angie Goff is known for her expertise in social media, but if you read the NBC 4 anchor’s popular blog Oh My Goff, you know this community-minded mom has a very full life off-camera and off-line. This week Social Studies gets the Scoop on where Goff likes to dine … and who she wishes would join Twitter.

Who is the one person you wish would follow/interact with you on Twitter and why?

Jon Hamm because I love him. He’s not on Twitter, and I’m not ok with that.

What’s the last song you downloaded?

“Isn’t She Lovely.” To put to an iPhone video of my daughter to send to her dad.

MAC or PC?

Parallels Desktop!

What’s your favorite Washington restaurant?

Cafe Milano and Peacock are my go to places in the city. Does Northern Virginia count? The French Restaurant L’Auberge Chez Francois never disappoints. Sticking to my Korean roots … the double fried soy sauce/garlic chicken at BonChon in Centreville can’t be beat.

If you could interview any DC personality, who would it be?

This is an ever changing answer, but right now I’d like to go one-on-one with Paula Broadwell … Oprah/Lance Armstrong style. She’s not necessarily a DC personality, but I think when she talks everyone in this town will listen.
