David Bray: What to expect at this year’s ACT-IAC Executive Leadership Conference

With government agencies preparing for a presidential transition, there are few better times to inflict change than right now.

To spur this change, leaders from across the federal government will head to Williamsburg later this month for ACT-IAC’s Executive Leadership Conference to discuss how the world, our nation, and public service are all experiencing exponential changes with technology.

Driving the change discussion at this year’s program will be FCC Chief Information Officer David Bray. He recently sat down with us to discuss how he has changed up the conference’s program, how technology is going to radically change the way the public thinks about government and how change happens within an agency.

ACT-IAC will host the 2016 Executive Leadership Conference in Williamsburg, Virginia, Oct. 23-25.
