State reaches out to public for APIs, mobile

The State Department has identified six possible data sets to turn into application programming interfaces and seven services that can be optimized for mobility in response to the Federal Digital Strategy.

The public is encouraged to submit comments on the department’s digital strategy page.

Federal agencies of late have been asking the public for input on similar such projects as directed in the Federal Digital Strategy that was released earlier this year. The goal is to help create a 21st Century government that is interactive with the people.
